Back by popular demand added shows of Northside. Two couples vie to buy Mrs. Lujan’s home, as the rapidly gentrifying neighborhood is now appealing to suburban dwellers, Teo and Luna must fight to return to where they grew up and are now being priced out of home ownership. It’s better than going to a drive-in movie. Watch your favorite family movies on a giant, outdoor screen and it’s free, so bring the whole family. This weeks movie is the Incredibles 3, showing at Westminster City Park, 10455 Sheridan Blvd. on Friday, August 3rd. in Westminster. Activities and food concessions begin at 7 p.m. and the movies start at dusk. Bring your chair or blanket and enjoy the show. Presented by St. Anthony North Health Campus.

Join members of the Northern Colorado Astronomical Society (NCAS) for an up-close look at the night sky over the Rockies on Sunday, August 25 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch, 2939 N. County Rd. in Loveland. Telescopes will be available for viewing stars, galaxies, planets, the moon, and more. This will be one of our best nights as the moon will be just a sliver. This event is free, and all ages are welcome. Dress for evening temperatures and bring binoculars if you have them.
