“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Chavarria has volunteered his time working at local food banks, community cleanups, as well as Trick or Treat Street at his high school.

WHY IS COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IMPORTANT?

“I feel community involvement is important to see the needs in my neighborhood. I also enjoy seeing the good I am able to do in the community and how it can have a lasting impact on it and others.”

IF I COULD IMPROVE THE WORLD I WOULD...

“I would start by creating a way where all non-profits can come together and shoot commercials and sign up kids in high school to participate in helping a local cause or need in the community.”

COLLEGE OF CHOICE

Chavarria would like to attend the Colorado School of Mines. Chavarria has already been accepted to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
