Isela Del Carmen Torres-Lopéz is a high school senior at East High School who currently holds a 3.24 GPA. Torres-Lopéz is bilingual and volunteers her time at Halo Café since the start of her junior year as well as the Public Library, and helping with Kid’s Cubord packing food.
