Kidsconscious Project is for any parent who desires to learn better strategies to help kids manage stress and anxiety, and also to help parents themselves have more patience parenting their kids. This talk is designed to introduce you to mindful parenting and arm you with tools to help your kids mitigate feelings of anxiety and stress. You’ll walk away from this session understanding how the human brain functions under stress and learning ways to calm your own nervous system while supporting our childrens’ nervous systems to help make your family life be the best it can be.
