In Partnership with Denver Asset Building Coalition-DABC, Mi Casa Resource Center- Salazar Center for Family Prosperity is one of DABC’s FREE Drop-Off Valet Site. DABC provides free tax support at Mi Casa on a walk-in basis beginning of March and ending April 2. Colorado Springs artist and photographer, Steve Weed, will present “My Art Life: From Photos to Paintings” at 7 pm, Monday, March 12th at the Mountain Community Mennonite Church facility, 643 Hwy 105, in Palmer Lake. The meeting is free and open to all. Steve will talk about how his career evolved from when he started out to where he is now. He said, “My photography has been very influential in my painting; I would like to show how they can work together.” 

Join us for our 11th annual seed exchange and seed-starting event located at the Old Town Library on Saturday, March 10 at 201 Peterson St., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free seed and LIMITED seed-starting soil and trays for attendees.
