If you’re interested in starting up your first food truck this event is for you, but first YOU MUST REGISTER HERE: www.denverfoodtrucksymposium.eventbrite.com to provide an accurate headcount and place your lunch order. The event is free and lunch will be provided. Join the 2018 Denver Food Truck Symposium on Thursday March 15 at Scheitler Recreations Center, 5031 W. 46th Ave., in Denver where they will offer food trucks and carts the unique experience of being able to communicate directly with the agencies that regulate them and network with peers on best practices of the industry. This is an all day event with presentations, vendor booths, a food safety course and time to mingle with attendees, City and County of Denver agencies, and other local health jurisdictions.

Join the the Denver’s Children Festival of Stories for this day-long FREE public event which features national, regional and local children’s books authors and illustrators of board books, picture books, chapter books and middle grade novels. Featured presenters will offer book signings, panel discussions and book-themed crafts. A unique creation station and children’s performers will engage the whole family in reading fun! Additional events for educators, aspiring children’s book creators and librarians are also part of this event which will be held on Saturday March 17th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the McNichols Civic Center Building, 144 West Colfax.

It’s time once again to get your green on in Downtown Fort Collins. On March 17th, the Lucky Joe’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade returns to the historic streets of Old Town, as thousands will gather to cheer on an array of Irish-themed floats and entertainers along College Avenue. After the parade, join us on March 17th at 10 a.m. in Old Town Square for the Old Town Irish Party hosted by Wilbur’s Total Beverage.

Join Fairy gardening and free crafts ending with a costume contest. Free face painting by Smilen Faces and artisan hot dogs from the food truck Dank Dogs for lunch.
