On Saturday, July 14, there will be a Hot Air Balloon Rodeo & Art in Steamboat Springs. Make your way to the Steamboat Ski Resort to watch six hot air balloons glowing bright. Spectators can stroll among the standing balloons or bring chairs and watch from the mountain. For more information, visit www.steamboat.com.

The Denver County Fair begins this Friday, July 13 till Sunday, July 15. There will be an alpaca obstacle course on Friday, a beer + wine fest on Saturday, and mariachi bands on Sunday, and a carnival along with more events. The fees are $10 ages 11 and under, and $20 ages 12 and up. For more information visit www.denvercountyfair.org.

Enjoy good food from all over the city. Friday, July 13 to Sunday, July 15, Denver will be having their Slow Food Nations Festival, that focuses on the local and cultural fooderies in Denver. The event is free, but certain events come with fees. Visit www.slowfoodnations.org for more information.

El Paseo Colorado is holding the 2018 SoccerFEST July 11 to July 14, with food trucks, a beer garden, movie nights and more. Bring blankets and chair to watch all the World Cup soccer matches live on the Big Screen. For more information visit www.https://bit.ly/2u9KRkM.

July’s Food Truck Festival is the second in a series of Coloradoan festivals in 2018, at Timberline Church, 2908 S. Timberline Rd., in Fort Collins, who will be partnering with First Class Scholarship Program, a local nonprofit that offers support to first-generation college students. This event is free, but will be accepting donations at the door and at every food truck for the organization. Visit
