Two powerhouses this World Cup, Spain and France had a semi-finals showdown on July 14th that ended in a 2-0 Spain victory to advance them to the World Cup final, their opponent will be decided on July 15th at 1pm MST in another highly anticipated matchup between Argentina and England. With Spain’s dominant victory over France, they have solidified themselves as the favorite to win this tournament.
In Mile High news, the Rockies were pulverized by the Giants in their four-game series, winning only one game. The Rockies remain among the worst teams in the MLB, behind the Los Angeles Angels and the Kansas City Royals. Their next outing is set for July 19th at 6:40 p.m. MST against the Cincinnati Reds to mark the first of a three-game series.
In basketball news, superstar and fan favorite Nikola Jokić is now confirmed to be delaying his extension with the Nuggets. Fans have no need to worry though as the Serbian stoic plans on staying in the Mile High City. Jokić is simply delaying his signing in order to be eligible next year for a record breaking super-max contract.
The Denver Broncos training camp officially kicks off on Friday, July 31st with 14 free open camp practices for fans. Capacity is currently limited due to ongoing construction at Broncos Park.
All 14 practices will require free mobile ticketing for entry with fans given the opportunity of reserving four free tickets. Practices will start at 10 a.m. with parking lots opening at 8 a.m. and gates opening at 9 a.m.

The Broncos have finished the first week of mandatory minicamp with several rookies showing out and Bo Nix showing that he’s both healthy and ready for the regular season after his devastating ankle injury at the end of Denver’s win over the Buffalo Bills in the playoffs las post season.
The Broncos officially moved into their new facility before the start of minicamp.
