The LaVozColorado annual Student of the Week (SOTW) program returns for the 2026-2027 school year. We are excited to once again feature outstanding Colorado senior students from across the state. Featured students will be entered for an opportunity to receive a scholarship.
LaVozColorado’s 2026-2027 Student of the Week program begins October 14, 2026, and will run through mid-May 2027. In mid-June 2027, our internal committee will review nominations and select one student for a scholarship award. Students are measured by their academic achievements and their presence in the community. Once the winner is selected and confirmed, the scholarship recipient will be featured in June 2027.
We encourage Colorado high school administrators, counselors, and teachers to nominate senior students who qualify for this recognition and deserve public praise and accolades.
The Student of the Week program participants have a great opportunity to add their published profile to their college portfolio and resume.
