Governor Polis cheered on and celebrated the many Coloradans who are competing at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy. Colorado has 32 athletes competing in the 2026 Winter Olympics, more than any other state. “Congratulations to all the Coloradans competing in the Winter Olympics! The Denver Downtown Development Authority (DDDA) today announced that it approved funding for its 15th project downtown since applications for DDDA funding first opened in March 2025. The DDDA Board of Directors approved the renovation of the historic Barth Hotel building located at 1514 17th St. in downtown Denver.
